If your customer has paid your bill with Stampli Card, the card details can be accessed directly in the Vendor Portal by following the steps below.
1. Locate email from Stampli indicating your customer sent you a Stamplil Credit Card payment and click the View payment and card details link:
Note: Some of your customers turned off the email notification. If you do not receive emails, it is recommended to check the Vendor Portal frequently for new Stampli Cards.
1. Navigate to Vendor Portal to view active Stampli Cards in addition to the status of your invoices.
2. Click on a Stampli Card payment.
3. View Payment Amount, Credit applied, Discount, and Payment sent date on the Payment and Card Details page.
4. Scroll down to view Invoice Details such as Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Amount Due, Payment Amount, and invoice image.
5. Copy card details by clicking Copy Card Number button or drop-down arrow to to copy Expiration Date, CVV, or All Data
NOTE: You will not be able to view used, expired, or canceled cards. Cards expire 20 days after the issue date.
